Rice Village Management District

Rice Village Management District (the “District”) was created by Order of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality in 2025. The District was created to facilitate and finance the public infrastructure within the boundaries of the District, including water, sewer, drainage, parks and roads. The District, in coordination with the City of Houston, plans to deliver projects that will improve infrastructure, enhance public spaces, and support the community

The District comprises just over 27 acres of the Rice Village that runs largely from the east side of Kirby to the west side of Greenbriar and the south side of Times to the north side of University.
